Website & Service Terms

These terms govern website submissions to Elite Appraisal & Consulting Services, LLC. An online submission is a request for review—not automatic acceptance, dispatch, coverage confirmation, or a completed service agreement.

Assignment acceptance

Elite may accept, decline, request clarification, revise scope, or propose different timing or pricing. An assignment is accepted only when Elite provides written confirmation and any required authorization or payment condition is satisfied.

Pricing and mileage

Website calculations are estimates. Final pricing may depend on confirmed scope, round-trip mileage, location, access, asset type, complexity, platform, deadline, taxes, and additional work. The accepted written quote, purchase order, or rate agreement controls.

Payments

Private clients may be required to pay in full before dispatch. New business accounts may be required to pay estimated mileage plus 40% of the base service before dispatch, with the balance due before report release. Approved carriers may receive separately approved invoice terms. Elite may pause work or withhold final delivery on delinquent accounts as permitted by the accepted agreement and applicable law.

Changes, cancellation, and access

Changes to scope, location, deadlines, access, waiting time, or requested deliverables may require additional written authorization. Deposits may become nonrefundable after dispatch or travel begins. Cancellation, inaccessible-location, waiting, rush, or return-visit charges may apply when disclosed in the accepted quote or agreement.

Professional judgment

Appraisals, estimates, photographs, and reports reflect the information and conditions reasonably available at the time of service. Elite does not guarantee a particular claim, settlement, repair, litigation, or valuation outcome.

Authorized submissions

You represent that you are authorized to submit the information and request services for the named customer or organization. Do not submit unlawful material or sensitive information unrelated to the assignment.
